This quantitative research project analyzed official Facebook pages of candidates running for governorships in the 2021 Elections in Mexico, in search for gendered-based political violence. Based on the main findings, we extended a series of recommendations to empower female candidates, for electoral authorities, political parties, as well as for digital platforms.
