Latinas in Tech Policy

Latinas in Tech Policy seeks to increase the visibility of the work, achievements, and innovations of women who lead public policy teams in technology companies or public servants at the forefront of technological innovation processes in Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Science and technology play a fundamental role in society's transformation and the economy. However, one of the obstacles to this transformation is the persistence of gender gaps in the field. Gender inequalities are present at different stages of technology policy development and implementation. Even though there currently is a growing number of women leaders in the technology policy world, their work often needs to be appropriately recognized.

We built this platform to collect the
experiences and trajectories of leading women in the field. Up to now, we have highlighted 25 amazing women, and each year, we will add new profiles.
