Study of lessons learned and results of the pilot training program for people with disabilities "Por Mi Talento"

As part of the program Bootcamp Challenge: Educational innovation for the training of digital talent, designed in collaboration with the IDB Lab, DEV.F launched a full-tuition scholarship for the course "Professional in Coding"; 50 people with disabilities accessed a remote course to expand and improve their professional opportunities. The objective of the study was to document and systematize the implementation of the pilot, evaluate the results, and define lessons learned and recommendations regarding the inclusion and accessibility of the course.
