Edgar is an economist committed to Sustainable Development. He has a degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Guadalajara. He has worked as an analyst, project manager, and independent consultant, and has extensive experience researching on topics such as: international economy and economic growth, socio-economic impact of emerging technologies, and resilience of agri-food systems. He is currently Professor of Economics at ITESO. He is also a volunteer at ExpertODS, an initiative of the SDSN Mexico that seeks to advance the implementation of the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda in Mexico.

Alberto Rodríguez

Alberto Rodríguez is a Senior Program Manager working with the New Practice Lab and the PIT University Network at New America. He has spent the past six years working directly in digital technology and policy from different angles. He led a working group at the Beeck for Center Social Impact & Innovation, working with more than 20 senior digital government leaders to bring human-centered design techniques to public policy. Previously, he served as international advisor to the National Digital Strategy at the Office of the President in Mexico. He holds a master’s degree from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and a degree in international relations from ITAM.

Mariana has a master’s in Public Administration and Public Policy from Tec de Monterrey, where she also holds a B.A. in International Relations. Likewise, she has studies in migration, governance, communication, and impact investment. She has more than five years of experience in Mexico’s Public Administration and was a Project Manager in the United Nations Programme for Development (UNDP), where she led the Financial Inclusion Model. César Contreras González

IT and Telecommunications Consultant

Cesar Contreras contributes to several projects pertaining to the ITC application for the benefit of the people. He worked for the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Mexico on projects related to new technologies, cybersecurity, and public policies to promote digital transformation and inclusion. In the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations (UN) in New York,  he advised on the definition and financing of the 2030 Agenda and negotiated UN reform initiatives, including its revised ICT strategy. Adolfo Arreola

Tatiana Telles

Gender and Tech Consultant

Feminist. Tatiana is the Gender and Technology Director of Puentech Lab. She has a Bachelor's in International Relations from ITAM, is a specialist in Public Policy and Gender from FLACSO, and has a Master's in Social Studies of Gender from Lund University. She was the first person in Mexico and Latin America to win the GRÓ-GEST Fellowship sponsored by UNESCO. She has taught courses and given training on Gender for the National Union of Education Workers in Quintana Roo and Nuevo León, for the State Human Rights Commission in Sonora, the National Democratic Institute, and the Sinaloa Women's Institute, among others. She was an evaluator of social projects with a gender perspective for INDESOL. Tatiana has experience in International Projects in Pakistan and Iceland and has worked with the public sector in CNDH, INFONAVIT, and the Senate of the Republic.

Evelyn Loredo

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant

Evelyn has more than 18 years of professional experience leading projects of corporate innovation in multinational companies in Mexico, Hong Kong, and France, including Valeo, Faurecia, Intel, and Thales Corporation. She has collaborated as a consultant with various NGOs and academic institutions, including the Global Institute for Sustainability of EGADE Business School. Evelyn works as an academic at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, teaching Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Management of Business Innovation Projects. She is the General Director of the Tech4inclusion initiative, a laboratory of ideas and agile, innovative, and inclusive methodologies. Arturo Constantini

Smart Tourism Consultant 

Arturo specializes in planning Smart Tourist Destinations and developing and implementing strategic use of data (mobile data, point of sale terminals, and social networks) and Artificial Intelligence in the tourism sector. During 2017-2019 he was Director of Regional Analysis in the Ministry of Tourism at the federal level.
