Edgar is an economist committed to Sustainable Development. He has a degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Guadalajara. He has worked as an analyst, project manager, and independent consultant, and has extensive experience researching on topics such as: international economy and economic growth, socio-economic impact of emerging technologies, and resilience of agri-food systems. He is currently Professor of Economics at ITESO. Mariana has a master’s in Public Administration and Public Policy from Tec de Monterrey, where she also holds a B.A. in International Relations. César Contreras González
IT and Telecommunications Consultant
Cesar Contreras contributes to several projects pertaining to the ITC application for the benefit of the people. He worked for the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Mexico on projects related to new technologies, cybersecurity, and public policies to promote digital transformation and inclusion. Tatiana Telles

Feminist. Tatiana is the Gender and Technology Director of Puentech Lab. She has a Bachelor's in International Relations from ITAM, is a specialist in Public Policy and Gender from FLACSO, and has a Master's in Social Studies of Gender from Lund University. She was the first person in Mexico and Latin America to win the GRÓ-GEST Fellowship sponsored by UNESCO. She has taught courses and given training on Gender for the National Union of Education Workers in Quintana Roo and Nuevo León, for the State Human Rights Commission in Sonora, the National Democratic Institute, and the Sinaloa Women's Institute, among others. She was an evaluator of social projects with a gender perspective for INDESOL. Tatiana has experience in International Projects in Pakistan and Iceland and has worked with the public sector in CNDH, INFONAVIT, and the Senate of the Republic.

Evelyn has more than 18 years of professional experience leading projects of corporate innovation in multinational companies in Mexico, Hong Kong, and France, including Valeo, Faurecia, Intel, and Thales Corporation. She has collaborated as a consultant with various NGOs and academic institutions, including the Global Institute for Sustainability of EGADE Business School. Evelyn works as an academic at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, teaching Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Management of Business Innovation Projects.
